| Welding of letters on the exterior of the ships relied solely on manual labor. In order to manually weld letters onto the exterior of the ship, punching process needs to be done in order for the welders to see the letters while they are welding it onto the ship. Such difficult process led to unsatisfying results in most cases. Also, since a lot of time was needed for the marking and punching process, it affected the entire construction schedule in general in many construction sites. Our automatic letter welding device allows the users to conveniently weld letters onto the ship without having a long learning curve. It also allows high-quality results along with improvement of manufacturing speed. |
